STEP 1-GET RID OF ANY QUESTION OR THOUGHT OF "AM I GOOD ENOUGH"

As dumb as it sounds, but the first step to feel good enough is to get rid of any thoughts or questions that make you feel or think about "Am I Good Enough".


STEP 2-BE AWARE

Now in order to do that, you have to be aware of two things-

  1. WHO YOU ARE?

  2. WHO YOU WANT TO BE?

You need to do a little introspection here and understand what you are in the current situation like your education, lifestyle, etc.


You also have to understand what you want to be in life.

NOTE- If you don't have any goals in life yet. Just do it right now because this is the right time to do that.


STEP 3-GO YOU WAY!


It can sound a little funny here! But the truth is this if you have your goals and you start going in that direction you really want to go. You immediately start feeling good enough and become less careful about what people think of you.


OTHER POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND-


In order to generate true self-confidence and further feel good enough, you have to keep these points in mind-


  1. Embrace the Unknown- If you truly want to feel good enough you have to start embracing the unknown and open-minded and welcoming any unknown situation because as you start working on a bigger goal a lot of unknowns are going to come.

  2. Embrace Failure- Similar to embracing the unknown you have to be ready to accept all failures and come through them as a winner.

  3. OVERCOMING HARDSHIP-As you overcome hardships in life you come out as a strong person and do not care about the little bullshit that people do with you.

And more important just understand this-

True self-confidence does not come from winning all the time. But from a feeling that-

NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS I WILL BE FINE!


So JUST FOCUS ON BEING! NOT DOING!

Try to be who you are right now or the kind of personality you want to be than trying to do something to impress anyone because people can see through you or whatever bullshit you throw at them.


Keep in mind that people will like you because of you, not the car, money, clothes, or any other material success that you have.


Thus, ASSUME THAT YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH.


And why it is so???


Because why not!!!
